Clients are responsible for supplying accurate, lawful, and complete materials, including text, logos, images, and multimedia, in suitable formats. By providing these materials, you confirm that you own the rights or have appropriate licenses. Websitez.Club is not liable for any claims or damages arising from copyright or intellectual property violations related to client-supplied content. Any third-party software, plugins, or tools integrated into a project remain subject to their own terms and conditions, which the Client agrees to follow.
Payment terms are agreed upon in advance and may require a deposit before work begins. Final deliverables may be withheld until all payments are received in full. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services. Unless explicitly transferred in writing, Websitez.Club retains ownership of design, code, and development methodologies, while Clients receive a limited license to use the final deliverables for their business purposes. Branding or credits such as “Designed by Websitez.Club” may be included in deliverables and can only be removed by prior agreement, which may involve an additional fee.
Project timelines begin only when the Client has provided all necessary inputs such as content, images, and feedback. Delays caused by incomplete submissions, late responses, or scope changes may extend delivery schedules. Websitez.Club is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party disruptions.
To ensure responsible use, Clients may not misuse our services for illegal, harmful, or unethical activities, including but not limited to spamming, distributing malware, or engaging in unlawful business practices. Websitez.Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if such misuse is detected.
We take reasonable measures to secure client data, but no system is completely immune from risks. By using our services, Clients agree that Websitez.Club is not liable for data loss, security breaches, or damages beyond our control. Clients are encouraged to maintain their own backups of critical data. To comply with global standards such as the Indian IT Act and GDPR, any personal information collected will be handled responsibly and only for legitimate business purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Websitez.Club disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding its services, and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Any liability, if proven, shall be limited strictly to the total fees paid by the Client for the service giving rise to the claim.
Websitez.Club reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on our website, and continued use of our services after updates will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka. By using Websitez.Club’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
