For premium services or projects valued above ₹15,000, refund requests may be considered on a case by case basis. In such cases, any approved refund will be calculated only after deducting actual work expenses, including professional man hours, third party subscriptions, premium tools, software licenses, and any non-recoverable costs incurred during the project. Websitez reserves the exclusive right to determine refund eligibility based on the stage of project completion and resources used.
Cancellations requested before the start of a project may be eligible for partial refunds if no expenses, tools, or licenses have been purchased on behalf of the Client. Once design, development, SEO, or digital marketing work has begun, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.
